NI software defined radio (SDR) hardware for IEEE 802.11-based Research
At TKN we deployed a small testbed consisting of 2x NI-SDR (NIUSRP2953, 2x2 MIMO) devices which are used for 802.11-based research. The LabVIEW Communications 802.11 Application Framework provides a modifiable real-time physical layer (PHY) and lower medium access control (MAC)-layer reference design based on the 802.11 wireless standard.
