Anatolij Zubow is working as a senior researcher at Telecommunication Networks Group at the Technische Universität Berlin since March 2013. He is coordinating the research activities in the areas of Cognitive Radio, Wireless LAN (IEEE 802.11) and Software-Defined Wireless Networking. Currently he is leading the activities in two large European research projects (WishFul and eWINE), two industrial projects together with the Deutsche Telekom Laboratories and a project with a SME funded by the Bundesministerium für Bildung und Forschung (BMBF).
In the past he did research in the area of wireless ad-hoc mesh networks at the Humboldt Universität zu Berlin where he received his PhD degree in 2009. Here he was the chief architect of the Humboldt Wireless Lab testbed. In the past I had two research visits undertaken at the NEC Network Laboratories in Heidelberg, where he was working on future mobile networks. In addition he was involved in several WLAN and WiMAX/LTE related industrial, European and national research projects.
